You can use your Fuelwise fuel card to purchase a range of products depending on the purchase category of your card. A different set of products can be selected for each card. Most cards allow the purchase of fuels and lubricants and some also allow you to purchase car washes if you choose.
We do not ask you to sign a contract and you are under no obligation to use the fuel card. Fuelwise will provide you with advanced notice of the price you will pay for your fuel via text or email allowing you to make an informed decision on the best interests of your business.
Fuel Card Network
The Fuelwise Fuel Card can be used at over 5,750 fuel stations across the UK and Ireland, This consists of 3,750 sites in the UK, 400 in Northern Ireland and 1,500 sites in Ireland.
You can search for sites by using our Fuel Card Site Locator or by downloading our mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
All major fuel brands are part of the Fuelwise Fuel Card Site Network. This includes Circle K, Maxol, Texaco, Top Oil, ESSO, Applegreen, BP, Jet, Shell, plus many independents.
Yes, you can by using our European Diesel Card which provides access to 21,000 fuel stations in 22 countries.
Fuel Card Management
Yes, this can be done using your Velocity Fleet account.
You can stop a fuel card using your Velocity Fleet account. Once stopped it can only be reactivated by a member of the Fuelwise team.
All invoices are emailed to you and additional copies can be downloaded from Velocity Fleet.
Your Fuel Card PINs are available to view in your Velocity Fleet account.
Customer Service
A replacement fuel card will be automatically generated and posted to you in advance of your card expiring.
You should contact your Account Manager immediately who can place the card on stop. During out of office hours you can stop your fuel card using Velocity Fleet.
No, once a PIN has been created it cannot be changed.
