Using the system you can stop and order fuel cards, create transaction reports, access invoices and view your latest purchases. Velocity has been designed to make the management of your Fuelwise account straightforward and easy.
How To Login To Velocity Fleet?
You can login to Velocity by visiting www.velocityfleet.com/accounts/login.
After signing up for Fuelwise Fuel Cards, you will receive an email inviting you to activate your account. After receiving this email, you will be able to login and manage all aspects of your account. The email address provided when signing up will be listed as the admin account and have access to view everything on Velocity.
You can add unlimited users and set permissions as required. This means you can limit staff members to only having access to the information they require or are permitted to view.

Velocity Fleet & Kinesis Vehicle Tracking Integration
Integrated within Velocity Fleet is Kinesis, our GPS Vehicle Tracking and Telematics system. By linking your fuel cards with Kinesis GPS, you will have access to accurate MPG/KPL reports. Using this information, along with the driver and vehicle performance metrics, you can reduce your annual fleet costs by up to 20%.
Velocity Fleet & Vehicle Walkaround Checks
As required by both UK & Irish law you must complete vehicle checks which ensure your vehicles are safety compliant and road worthy. Included within the system is a Vehicle Walkaround Check feature. You can add your vehicles and drivers, who are then sent a login link to a bespoke app where checks can be completed. After completing a check, the information is uploaded for the you to view.
