Fuelwise Fuel Card
The Fuelwise Fuel Card is designed for businesses of every size, providing a safe, secure and convenient method for purchasing fuel. Fuelwise has been in business since 1989 and was Ireland’s first fuel card supplier. They have continued to expand their product portfolio to provide a complete fleet management solution, including Vehicle Tracking, Cameras & Daily Check Apps.
Fuel Card Pricing
DCI Fuel Card offer multiple fuel cards that have different pricing options. The DCI Pump Saver provides a fixed discount on all pump prices whereas the DCI Main Route offers their lowest diesel prices, however, this is only at specific fuel stations that may not be convenient for you.
The Fuelwise Fuel Card price is fixed weekly, which means one price is sent each week which is valid at every site on their network. Prices are sent via text or email.
Site Network
According to the DCI Fuel Card website, their fuel card can be used at 1,900 fuel stations across the island of Ireland. They don’t state how many sites their fuel card can be used at in the mainland UK.
The Fuelwise Fuel Card can be used at over 400 fuel stations in Northern Ireland, 1,600 in Republic of Ireland plus a further 4,000 stations in the UK mainland. This is a combined site network of 6,000 fuel stations.
Online Tools
Both DCI Fuel Card and Fuelwise Fuel Card provide their customers with access to Velocity Fleet.
It is an online account management system designed for the fuel card industry and used by multiple providers.
Using Velocity, you can manage your fuel cards, access invoices, create bespoke reports, view your latest transactions and track your vehicles using GPS Vehicle Tracking.
Card Fee
With the DCI Fuel Card, there is an annual card fee of £18.00 per year, whereas, the annual card fee of the Fuelwise Fuel Card is £15.00.
