We’re beginning the new year by bringing a Velocity update that has been requested for a long time.
Previously it was not possible to download multiple invoices at once. Our Product Development team has been working hard and recently launched a new Invoice section on Velocity that enables you to download multiple invoices at once.
To access this new section begin by logging into Velocity. Once you have logged in select ‘Invoices’ as highlighted below.
Once this page loads you will see you have four options to choose from.
- All invoices
- Fuel Card invoices
- Vehicle Tracking invoices
- Change your details
After you select the type of invoices you want to see a page like below will load. It will display the dates the invoice was raised and when it is due, the invoice number and amount. You can choose to search for invoices, change the date range and change the currencies displayed.
You will also notice a column called ‘Download’. Simply check the box beside each invoice you want to download. A button will then appear at the bottom of the page confirming the number of invoices you wish to download, click it and your download will begin.
