As a Fleet Manager knowing the journeys your drivers and vehicles take is important.
You can discover your trip history by creating a GPS Trip History Report.
Creating this report will allow you to review individual driver trips, identify unauthorised trips and analyse productivity.
With this information you can optimise routes leading to a reduction in fuel costs and an improvement in customer satisfaction.
Today we will show you how to create a GPS Trip History Report using Velocity Fleet.
Step 1: Login to Velocity Fleet
You can login to Velocity Fleet by clicking here.
If you require a login to Velocity Fleet please contact your Account Manager.
Step 2: Select Vehicle Tracking
After logging into Velocity Fleet select the Vehicle Tracking tile as shown below.
Step 3: Select Trip History
From the different features available select Trip History.
Step 4: Choose Vehicles
Choose which vehicles you want your report to cover. In this example we will choose All Vehicles.
Step 5: Select Date Range
The next step is to select the date range for your report, we will select Previous 30 Days.
Step 6: Summary Table
After selecting your date range you will be presented with the Summary Table. This will display the data you selected.
In this report you will see the total number of trips and the duration of those reports.
