How To: Stop Fuel Cards On Velocity

In this blog post we will tell you the steps required to stop fuel cards on Velocity Fleet.

Steps To Stop Fuel Cards On Velocity Fleet:

On Mobile:

Open the Velocity Fleet app on your phone
Tap the Manage Cards tile
Tap Put Cards on Stop tile
Find the card you want to stop and tap the red Stop Card button
Enter the reason why you wish to stop the card
Your request will then be processed by our team

On Desktop:

Login to your Velocity Fleet account
Click on the Fuel Cards tile
Click on the Manage Cards tile
Click the Put Cards on Stop tile
Read the message click Continue if wish to proceed
Find and select the card you wish to stop using the tick box in the Select Cards column
Enter the reason you wish to stop the card
Click the green tick button to confirm
Your request will then be processed by our team

Velocity Fleet is available on all smartphones and tablets, free of charge.

The app can be downloaded by clicking on the relevant app store image below, which will redirect you to the download page.

Once downloaded you can then login using the details you used to activate your Velocity Fleet account.
